Our construction continues with the deep foundations.
The first step is to excavate the valuable humus layer from underneath the area of the houses, which will be used for the gardening work later on.
The humus layer was replaced by a compacted gravel bedding which is used by heavy machinery as a load-bearing base when drilling concrete piles.
For carrying out the civil engineering work, BOHN Kft. has been contracted.
According to the plans, this work will be completed by 20.11.2021, handing over the area for structural work.
Pile foundation work will begin.
